Prada Group in Italy is seeking an Accounts Payable intern to support processing invoices for Italian and foreign suppliers at the Novara plant.

Join a creative and international environment, assisting with invoice approvals and resolving issues while developing Excel and teamwork skills.

English is a plus, and this role emphasizes accuracy, working under pressure, and professional growth.

JOB PURPOSE

Within the Versace EMEA Accounts Payable team, based in Novara plant, the Accounts Payable intern will support in the processing Italian and foreign supplier’s invoices and related activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support in the following activities:

• Process Italian and foreign supplier’s invoices in a timely manner;
• Review all invoices for payment and obtain proper approvals from Business Units;
• Assist other departments and vendors to fix invoices issues.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Good knowledge of Excel

Good relationships skills and teamwork

Ability to work under pressure

English language is a plus
