A leading e-commerce company in Milano is looking for a Vendor Consultant to manage relationships with key vendors. The role requires strong customer-centric skills, data analysis capabilities, and excellent communication skills. Candidates should have a minimum B2 Certification in Spanish and over 2 years of experience in vendor or account management. This position offers the opportunity to develop strategies and improve vendor experiences, working closely with internal teams.

Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) in partnership with Retail Business Services (RBS) is a paid B2B service that aims to help key Vendors partner with Amazon.
Vendor Consultant (VC) will help shape and deliver on a strategy for managing key metric pillars for Amazon AVS vendors. Soft skills: bright, customer centric, driven, and creative. Vendor Constant will interface internally with leaders from RBS, Retail and Vendor Services teams and will be responsible for certain aspects of the vendor’s business with Amazon. Will engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize business for key manufacturers (vendors) on Amazon.com. Will conceive, create and analyze a wide range of data, to grow the vendor’s traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue on Amazon. Also, will look into strategic and operational aspects of their business with Amazon, root cause analysis of issues and opportunities affecting the vendor’s business. Vendor Consultant will be focused on the strategic and operational aspects of managing the customer relationships with our vendors.
