Teoresi S.p.A. seeks an engineer to join mobility and vehicle innovation projects in the United States, focusing on root cause analysis and performance improvements for advanced vehicle systems.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to investigate issues, validate solutions, and drive reliability. The role requires a degree in engineering, 2–4 years in RCA/validation or quality engineering, and experience with automotive or ADAS systems.

Competenze

• Degree in mechanical, automotive, electrical, or related engineering field.
• 2–4 years of professional RCA, validation, testing, or quality engineering experience.
• Experience in automotive, ADAS, robotics, or complex mechatronic systems.
• Knowledge of structured problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FTA, DMAIC).
• Experience diagnosing complex issues across multiple domains.
• Familiarity with vehicle diagnostics and data logging.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Mansioni

• Perform rapid root cause investigations on vehicle systems, subsystems, and components.
• Analyze vehicle logs, diagnostic data, test results, and field data to identify failure mechanisms and performance issues.
• Lead structured problem-solving activities using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, FTA, and DMAIC.
• Investigate issues involving vehicle control systems, sensors, ECUs, electrical architectures, and software-hardware interactions.
• Collaborate with software, systems, validation, integration, quality, and manufacturing teams to drive issue resolution.
• Support vehicle testing and validation activities with technical analysis and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate containment, corrective actions, and preventive measures to ensure effective resolution.
• Track progress and ensure timely closure of action plans.
• Prepare technical reports and root cause analysis documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and reliability.
