📝Contract: Freelance, Casual.

💰Salary: Starting from €170 daily rate, based on experience.

What The Job Is All About

As a VAR Replay Operator, you will work at the Serie A & Serie B Replay Centre in Lissone (MB), providing services for Premier League matches and potentially playing roles in other European and global tournaments such as UEFA Champions League, Europa League, and FIFA World Cups.

The role includes setting up and operating the Video Assistant Referee technology, responding to match officials’ requests for replays, and delivering optimal camera angles in real time. You may also be involved in other services involving audio and video as you grow in the position. Availability for weekend and evening matches is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre‑match planning and administration.
  • Setting up Hawk‑Eye technology in the Replay Centre.
  • Conducting pre‑match checks of the systems.
  • Liaising with staff, match officials and supervisors on‑site.
  • Operating systems during the match.
  • Monitoring hardware and software performance, troubleshooting and reporting issues.
  • Completing post‑match reports for client delivery.
