Program Overview

The Air Liquide Leading Excellence (ALLEX) program is an international initiative dedicated to talented recent graduates from across Europe. Participants begin their careers with a permanent position and immediate responsibilities, followed by a 6‑month international experience and an opportunity to explore another Air Liquide business area, activity, country, or work environment after the first 18 months.

Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the Digital Value-Based Coordinator.
  • Contribute to the development of valuable services for patients undergoing treatment.
  • Define and deliver personalized support plans and corresponding clinical follow‑ups to improve therapy experience and therapeutic adherence.
  • Manage and monitor data from remote monitoring platforms of devices used for respiratory therapies (C‑PAP, pulmonary ventilators, etc.) to improve adherence in less compliant patients through personalized follow‑up plans and educational phone support.
  • Ensure correct implementation of personalized support plans for each patient through data management from digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Digital VBHC Coordinator to define monitoring plans aiming for optimal therapeutic adherence.
  • Conduct personalized support programs (phone and remote) for patients undergoing remote monitoring.
  • Enter, monitor, and report data from digital platforms into dedicated IT tools.
  • Develop and administer ad‑hoc educational reinforcement programmes aligned with personalized support plans.
Qualifications
  • Degree in scientific/healthcare fields: Nursing degree and/or Physiotherapy with a Neuro and/or Respiratory specialization.
  • Maximum of 36 months of experience in a similar role within structured environments, preferably in Healthcare / Homecare, pharmaceutical, or medical device sectors.
  • Global mindset and international aspirations.
  • Dynamic, adaptable, with strong learning agility and resilience.
  • Leadership potential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Innovative and proactive thinking.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Location: Assago (subject to ALLEX Program, 18 months in initial role).
