About The Position

As a Validation Engineer Specialist in our Mobile Power Solutions R&D team, you will be the technical reference for validation. In this role, you will define and shape how our systems are tested and proven, ensuring their reliability and performance. Working side by side with hardware and firmware engineers, you will contribute to creating innovative and high‑performing solutions that power life on the move. You will also have the opportunity to influence how validation evolves at a site in transformation.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Design and define validation procedures and methodologies for electronic systems
• Lead, execute, and document validation activities across the full development cycle (in accordance with applicable legislation and standards)
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and propose improvements to meet performance and reliability standards
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (hardware, firmware, manufacturing, and supply chain) to ensure validation outcomes support product and business requirements

A suitable background would include

• University degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Experience validating electronic or electromechanical systems (e.g., controllers, inverters, automation or industrial equipment)
• Proven track record in testing and validating electronic systems, with the ability to identify and resolve issues
• Fluency in Italian and English, written and verbal
