ETEON is a deep‑tech startup building an AI‑driven ecosystem to redefine how talent is assessed and developed.

We blend Generative AI, psychometrics, and interactive UX to create adaptive and immersive digital experiences.

We’re looking for a UX/UI Engineer who can work closely with our product & software teams to design intuitive, high‑quality interfaces and also support marketing with visual content creation and brand materials.

This is a hybrid creative role: part product designer, part visual designer, part systems thinker.

What You’ll Do

• Design UX/UI for web modules, cognitive tasks, and interactive assessments
• Create prototypes and collaborate directly with engineers
• Build visually coherent design systems
• Support marketing with graphics, visuals, and content design
• Contribute to both product experience and brand identity
• Strong UX/UI design skills (Figma or similar)
• Solid graphic design abilities (visual hierarchy, layout, typography)
• Ability to work with developers and understand technical constraints
• Experience creating marketing visuals and content
• Experience with interactive or gamified UX
• Familiarity with AI tools and generative workflows
• Experience in startups or early‑stage environments
