Job summary

Bending Spoons seeks a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to shape high-leverage product experiences and accelerate AI-powered design. You will work across concepts to polished delivery, using the best tools to explore directions and raise quality.

You will start with an LLM to clarify intent, draft specs, surface risks, and align with your team. Prototyping with AI and close PM/engineer collaboration will be key to success.

• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Shape high-leverage product experiences—from early concepts to polished delivery.
• Start with an LLM to clarify intent, draft specs, surface risks, and align quickly with the team.
• Prototype and build with AI using Cursor and Claude Code, balancing code and design tools.
• Co-create with PMs and engineers from day one, defining UX requirements and QA through release.
• Validate and measure by talking to customers, running tests, and tracking funnels and adoption.
• Find the highest-leverage bets from the backlog to unlock business value.
