Bending Spoons is seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to shape high-leverage product experiences. You will design exceptional UI/UX from early concepts to polished delivery, using AI tools to clarify intent and align quickly with the team.

You will prototype with AI and work closely with PMs and engineers from day one to ensure quality releases. Expect a performance-driven environment with minimal hierarchy, strong growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package,

Mansioni

Shape high-leverage product experiences, from concept to polished delivery.
Start with an LLM to clarify intent, draft specs, surface risks and edge cases.
Prototype and build with AI using Cursor and Claude Code; switch between code and design tools as needed.
Co-create with PMs and engineers from day one; define UX requirements early and stay through QA and release.
Validate and measure by talking to customers, running quick tests, tracking funnels and adoption.
Find the highest-leverage bets from the backlog to unlock business value and move fast.
