Bending Spoons is seeking a talented designer/engineer to shape high-leverage product experiences in Milan, with AI-driven tooling and a focus on fast, high-quality delivery. You will work with PMs and engineers from day one, define UX requirements, and stay involved through QA and release.

You will use LLMs to clarify intent, draft specs, surface risks, and iterate between code and design tools to achieve ambitious goals. English proficiency is essential for collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Shape high-leverage product experiences from concepts to polished delivery, using the best tools to explore directions and raise quality.
• Start with an LLM to clarify intents, draft specs, surface risks and edge cases.
• Prototype and build with AI, switching between code and design tools for best results.
• Co-create with PMs and engineers from day one, defining UX requirements and staying through QA and release.
• Validate and measure by talking to customers, running tests, tracking funnels and adoption.
• Find the highest-leverage bets from the backlog to drive business value.
