Bending Spoons in Milan (Italy) seeks a talented designer to shape high-leverage product experiences and work with PMs and engineers from day one. You’ll design exceptional UI/UX from initial concepts to polished delivery, using the best tools to explore directions and raise quality.

You’ll be a strong communicator with drive, curiosity, and a team-first mindset, contributing to AI-driven workflows and growth, with flexible hours and relocation support.

Mansioni

• Shape high-leverage product experiences, designing intuitive UI/UX from concept to delivery.
• Start with an LLM to clarify intent, draft specs, surface risks and approaches.
• Prototype and build with AI, moving between Cursor, Claude Code, and tooling.
• Co-create with PMs and engineers from day one through QA and release.
• Validate by talking to customers, run quick tests, and adjust direction.
• Find the highest-leverage bets from the backlog to unlock business value.
