A few examples of your daily tasks

• User-Centered Design: Translate business and user requirements into intuitive experiences through user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Prototyping & Iteration: Rapidly prototype ideas, validate assumptions through testing, and continuously iterate to improve product usability and performance.
• Design Systems: Build and evolve modular, scalable design systems by defining components, tokens, and guidelines in close collaboration with development.
• UI Design & Visual Consistency: Craft pixel-perfect interfaces that align with brand guidelines and ensure consistency across platforms, devices, and resolutions.
• Accessibility & Usability: Design with inclusivity in mind, ensuring all interactions are accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with usability best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to align on feasibility, priorities, and shared goals.
• Design Ops & File Management: Maintain organized design files and document decisions to ensure clarity, efficiency, and scalability.

Is this you?

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role
• Strong skills in UI and UX design for digital products (web and/or mobile)
• Proven experience creating and maintaining a design system
• Proficient with design tools like Figma Maze, Notion and Confluence
• Solid understanding of design principles, layout, hierarchy, and interaction patterns
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how designs translate to code is a plus
• Comfortable collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented mindset — precise, organized, and quality-driven
• Analytical and user-focused approach, informed by research and data
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups or tech-driven teams is a plus
• Team-work and goal-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently with high problem solving skills
• Down to earth and open to take a step back if needed
