Teoresi S.p.A. is seeking FAST Engineers to join mobility and vehicle innovation projects in the United States.

The selected candidate will support investigation and resolution of complex technical issues affecting advanced vehicle systems, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to improve performance, reliability, and product quality. You will perform rapid root cause investigations, analyze logs and validation reports, and lead structured problem-solving activities using

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in mechanical/automotive/electrical/electronics engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in root cause analysis, validation, testing, quality engineering, systems engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in automotive, autonomous vehicles, ADAS, robotics, or complex mechatronic systems.
• Strong knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FTA, and DMAIC.
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues involving multiple engineering domains.
• Familiarity with vehicle diagnostics, data logging, and validation activities.
• Understanding of sensors, ECUs, communication networks, electrical systems, or vehicle integration processes.
• Ability to analyze technical data and identify effective corrective actions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Professional proficiency in English.

We are looking for:

FAST Engineers

to join cutting-edge mobility and vehicle innovation projects in the United States. The selected candidate will support the investigation and resolution of complex technical issues affecting advanced vehicle systems, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to improve performance, reliability, and product quality.

Main responsibilities:

• Perform rapid root cause investigations on complex vehicle systems, subsystems, and components.
• Analyze vehicle logs, diagnostic data, test results, validation reports, and field data to identify failure mechanisms and performance issues.
