Unit Security and Program Coordinator – VectorCSP

Base Pay Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year

Clearance Required: Secret (SCI eligible)

Education: High School diploma.

Experience Required: Demonstrated experience with executing USM duties and utilizing DISS, including work with INFOSEC and PERSEC policies and procedures; demonstrated experience as a program manager familiar with systems such as ECI, MICT, TMT, myFSS, myEval, myBodyComp, myFitness, CMS, LeaveWeb, and BLSDM; and demonstrated experience with equipment management, including comm equipment and firearms.

Job Summary: This position provides essential security, program, administrative, equipment management, and communications support to ensure the unit maintains operational readiness, safeguards classified information and resources, complies with all applicable regulations and directives, and efficiently manages administrative processes.

Essential Duties
  • Monitor the Enterprise Contact Intelligence (ECI) system for foreign travel and foreign contact requests; track trip request approval status through SECURE before member departure; ensure pertinent member location, status, and security information is provided and updated; resolve discrepancies within 24 hours.
  • Provide required security for all classified components in squadron supplied storage areas.
  • Implement and maintain Control Area Monitor (CAM) responsibilities; update and implement the Air Force Access Authorization List (AFAAL); train personnel on entry/exit procedures for the vault, including alarm/unarm procedures; establish written CAM operating instructions while properly marking area/facilities.
  • Accept and remove mission data equipment to the squadron account as needed; maintain configuration control of equipment by serial numbers and locations; ensure crypto loading devices are up-to-date and available for aircrew.
  • Monitor personnel action requests; track personnel, manpower, and training transactions as documentation flows through the squadron; provide status reports to management.
  • Develop and disseminate procedural updates and advise on improvements to increase administrative efficiency.
  • Support day-to-day administrative functions, including timekeeping, supply ordering, and facility security.
  • Ensure proper safeguarding, transport, and accountability of classified and sensitive communications and mission equipment; may be responsible for the receipt, control, logging, and safekeeping of classified material received.
  • Perform inventories and operational management of IT hardware and software assets.
  • Coordinate with LRS to receive and account for weapons; ensure weapons are properly stored and managed in accordance with applicable regulations and directives; coordinate with Security Forces for test firing.
  • Serve as a designated "Comm Person" for the squadron; attend Cyber Security Liaison (CSL) training.

Salary: The projected salary range for this position is $60,000 – $75,000 and is based on experience and contractual requirements. However, this is not a guarantee of salary.
