Balchem Corporation in Verona is seeking a Production Operator who can work any shift and join the Union. The role includes preparing ingredients, setting up equipment and operating automatic and semi-automatic production lines to manufacture products, moving materials to production areas and storing finished goods.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, good reading/writing/math skills, and a safety-first attitude.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and physical.
• Strong commitment to safety and reliable work ethic.
• Manufacturing and forklift experience desirable.

Mansioni

• Prepares ingredients and sets up equipment for manufacturing.
• Operates automatic and semi-automatic production machines.
• Moves materials to production area and finished product to storage.
• Performs housekeeping to maintain sanitary conditions.
