A leading insurance provider in Milan is seeking an Underwriting Assistant to support the Operations team. The role involves ensuring high-quality service in managing the insurance contract lifecycle, interacting with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of Property insurance and possess excellent communication skills in Italian and English. The position is full-time with responsibilities in ensuring efficiency and compliance in operations.

You will join the Middle Office team in Milan to provide a high‑quality service for our clients, activating and managing insurance contract lifecycle on complex risks.
Providing efficient administrative services, you will deal with brokers and large clients and support our Underwriting business within an international environment.
This position reports to Operations Team Leader Property, Italy.
