What’s this job all about?

FAAC Technologies is currently looking for a Treasury Specialist for a maternity cover for its headquarters in Zola Predosa, Bologna. The successful candidate will work closely with Corporate Treasury Manager and will have a key role in ensuring Treasury transactions are properly processed and effectively monitored, Treasury policies are diligently respected and finance community is adequately trained.

What will I be doing?

• I will take care of liquidity management as daily routine transactions cash-in-out using Piteco Treasury Management System.
• I will support monthly activities like cash pooling match, interests’ calculation, bank account reconciliations, bank conditions monitoring, month-end accruals, intercompany matching.
• I will develop effective reporting to support analysis and monitoring of cash flow.
• As part of Compliance and Operations, I will support the implementation and respect of Corporate Treasury Policies across the Group.
• I will support the improvement of actual system, procedures and digitalization.

I Might Be The One If

• I have at least 1 year of experience in financial institutions, industrial companies and/or consulting agencies dealing directly with cash management activities and/or exchange rate transactions.
• I preferably have a university degree.
• I preferably have knowledge of fundamentals of financial statements analysis (IFRS).
• I’m fluent in English.
• As a plus I have knowledge of SAP, Piteco (Treasury Management System), Microsoft Office 365 (Excel).
• I developed good interpersonal skills.
