Un'azienda di gestione logistica cerca un Travel Assistant per coordinare progetti durante Milano Cortina 2026. Richiesta esperienza in logistica, capacità di comunicare in inglese e italiano, e disponibilità a lavorare in un ambiente veloce. Patente di guida italiana necessaria. Contratto dal 3 novembre 2025 al 27 marzo 2026.

Competenze

• Patente di guida italiana con un record di guida pulito.
• Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente di lavoro veloce.
• Disponibilità a turni full-time compresi weekend e serate.

Mansioni

• Carico e scarico camion insieme agli autisti quando necessario.
• Assistere gli autisti per le consegne nei luoghi.
• Coordinamento on-site di progetti e arrivi di container.

Gi BPO SRL , company specialized in the study, design and delivery of solutions capable of optimizing the management of outsourcing activities, for activities related to Milano Cortina 2026 , is looking for a Travel Assistant.

Travel Assistant

The Travel Assistant is required to coordinate projects at the OBS Warehouse in Italy, IBC, Venues and Ports / Airports.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks together with truck drivers when needed.
• Go with truck drivers to the venues and assist on the venue deliveries regarding entrance procedures and security procedures.
• On site coordination of major projects, container arrivals, air freight charter arrivals.
• Liaison with the Organising Committee personnel and OBS personnel at the venues in order to plan and execute deliveries.
• Report completion of projects and deliveries to the OBS Shipping and Receiving team.
• The position is located in the OBS Warehouse in Italy but will be travelling (day return trips) to all venues.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Workplace and Environment

Fast paced work environment.

Outdoor sport venues are subject to varied weather condition.

Full time shift work including evening and weekends.

Subject to national / international criminal background checks.

Requisiti

Experience / Skills

Ability to communicate in English (advanced) and Italian, written and verbal.

Italian Driving License with clean driving record.

Ability to lift 25kg.

Contract from November 3, 2025 to March 27, 2026
