Horton Housing is seeking a Housing Support Worker to join our Bradford/Keighley sites on a full-time basis. The role involves delivering trauma-informed tenancy support, helping clients secure permanent housing, and assisting with welfare benefits, food, clothing and healthcare access.

You will work to develop life skills, support plans and tenancy readiness while coordinating with partner services. The position requires a full UK driving licence and access to a car for work.

Competenze

• Experience of working with people with multiple needs including mental health or substance issues.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work and maintain reports.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car for work

Mansioni

• Provide trauma-informed housing support to residents and help them maintain tenancy.
• Assist with tenancy readiness and securing permanent housing for service users.
• Help clients access welfare benefits, food, clothing and healthcare services.
