A global medical technology firm is seeking a qualified leader to head the education strategy, managing a team to develop comprehensive training programs. This role requires 8-10 years of experience in the Med-tech or Pharma industry and a BSc in Education or Human Resources. Responsibilities include managing education budgets, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the effectiveness of training materials. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of training coordination.
Work Flexibility : Remote or Hybrid or Onsite
Develops and executes education plan that is aligned with central European strategy in collaboration with all internal stakeholders including Brand managers and Sales leaders.
Follow up best-in-class learning trends and re-evaluate and continuously improve the learning experience.
8-10 years of Medical or Internal Education which a significant portion is within Med-tech / Pharma industry.
BSc degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant field.
Fluent English
4 years in a People Management role
Certification in training
Proven experience in Training coordination / Clinical Education Manager role.
Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques.
Understanding of sales process, preferably within relevant medical business.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
