IMA s.p.a. is seeking a transferring mechanical fitter for its Active division, within the machinery and equipment for processing and dosing of oral solid drugs.

The role involves assembling, testing, and validating mechanical components for compressor machines used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The position requires a technical/mechatronics background, 4–5 years of relevant experience, and good English.

Formación

• 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automatic-machine sector with a focus on precision mechanical assembly.
• Technical/mechatronics background required.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for medium-duration assignments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assembly, assembly and testing of mechanical components for compressor machines in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Assemble and test the machine at pneumatic and hydraulic level following diagrams provided by the technical department.
• Perform machine validation tests during FAT in collaboration with electrical assembly personnel and repeat FAT tests in the presence of the customer.
• Install and commission the machine at the customer’s site, carrying out SAT and validation tests.
• Provide after-sales service: repair, maintenance, installation of new assemblies, spare parts and training on the machine at the customer’s site.

Key responsibilities

• manage assembly, assembly and testing of mechanical components for compressor machines in the pharmaceutical sector.
• assemble and test the machine at pneumatic and hydraulic level following diagrams provided by the technical department.
• perform machine validation tests during fat in collaboration with electrical assembly personnel and repeat fat tests in the presence of the customer.
• install and commission the machine at the customer’s site, carrying out sat and validation tests.
• provide after‑sales service: repair, maintenance, installation of new supplementary assemblies, spare parts and training on the machine at the customer’s site.

Requirements

• technical background in mechanical mechatronics.
• 4‑5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automatic‑machine sector with a focus on precision mechanical assembly.
• good knowledge of the english language.
• availability for frequent national and international travel of medium duration.

Nice to have

• basic technical skills in pneumatics and electrics.
• knowledge of a second foreign language.
• excellent interpersonal communication skills and teamwork aptitude.
