The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and over 8 years of experience in transfer pricing, particularly in the commodity trading or energy sectors. You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust transfer pricing solutions, ensuring compliance, and advising various stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical abilities and excellent interpersonal skills to succeed.

• Fluency in English.

Reporting to the Group Tax Manager based in our headquarters in Switzerland and a member of a small team of tax professionals, you will be responsible for Transfer Pricing.

Essential responsibilities

• Analyze the activities of the different Business Lines and develop proposals for sustainable and well-documented transfer pricing solutions.
• Define necessary changes and actions to implement the transfer pricing solutions, considering the risks associated with changes in transfer pricing methods.
• Support the Business in implementing and operating the transfer pricing solutions.
• Establish systems for efficient preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation by local entities.
• Advise the Business and Treasury on all transfer pricing-related matters.

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in finance or economics.
• Experience in establishing transfer pricing solutions and strategies.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing within the commodity trading or sales sector, with energy industry experience highly appreciated.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
