OPIS s.r.l. is seeking a motivated Clinical Research professional to join our Clinical Operations team in Desio, near Milan.

The role is designed for someone with a scientific or life sciences degree and initial experience in clinical research, aiming to develop into a CRA through structured induction and training. Initially you will work as a non-certified CRA, progressing to a certified CRA with monitoring responsibilities.

Competenze

• Degree in scientific, life sciences or healthcare-related field.
• Initial experience in clinical research (CTA/Coordinator/Study Coordinator) preferred.
• No CRA certification required; full training will be provided.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.

Mansioni

• Support planning, setup and conduct of clinical studies, primarily observational.
• Assist site identification, initiation and close-out activities.
• Develop knowledge in clinical trial monitoring under supervision.
• Assist on-site and remote monitoring per SOPs and ICH-GCP.
• Maintain Investigator Files and TMF/eTMF documentation.
