Ørsted è alla ricerca di un Trading System Engineer in Italia per guidare lo sviluppo e la gestione di soluzioni ETRM/CTRM critiche nel portfolio energetico rinnovabile. Il ruolo prevede design, integrazione con front office e funzioni operative, e contributo all’evoluzione di piattaforme di trading complesse.

Il candidato ideale ha esperienza con Endur/Allegro/Coral, competenze in C# e/o Java, PL/SQL e container/CI-CD, e capacità di operare in un contesto internazionale e agile.

Competenze

• Esperienza con piattaforme di trading di commodity ETRM/CTRM come Endur, Allegro o Coral.
• Competenze di sviluppo con C# e/o Java, PL/SQL e microservizi.
• Conoscenza di DevOps, CI/CD e gestione del versioning (Git/GitHub).
• Esperienza in contesto energetico, trading o gestione del rischio.
• Capacità di lavorare in team agile e orientato agli obiettivi.

Mansioni

• Progetta, sviluppa e consegna nuovi prodotti e mercati CTRM/ETRM.
• Collabora con front office, risk, back office e legal per design e abilitazione mercato.
• Definisce design di dominio e funge da SME per cattura delle trades.
• Contribuisce all'eccellenza operativa tramite gestione incidenti, analisi radice e cambiamenti.
• Partecipa al rotation on-call per piattaforme di trading critiche.

Join us in this role where you’ll develop and support our software solutions in an ever-changing world of energy trading. You’ll contribute to building, operating, and troubleshooting our major energy platforms and, after thorough onboarding, participate in 24x7 on-call support roster rotation, covering applications in the Finance & IT landscape. You’ll thrive in an international matrix organization, transforming into a global green energy major.

Welcome to Commercial Digital Technology You’ll be part of New Markets and Products where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for delivering new products and operating our existing products and platforms within the trading landscape. You’ll work with your colleagues in a global scrum team, while being part of a bigger competency team of 30 skilled technicians. As a team, we enable new energy trading products, ensure stable operation of critical trading platforms, and support Ørsted's transition towards a fully renewable energy future.

You’ll play an important role in:

• designing, developing, and delivering new products and markets across different CTRM/ETRM systems
• working closely with front office, risk management, back office, and legal stakeholders on product design, market enablement, and IT operations
• shaping with domain designs and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for trade capture and lifecycle
• contributing to operational excellence through incident handling, root cause analysis, and change requests/enhancements implementation
• following onboarding, participate in a shared on-call rotation supporting business-critical trading platforms.

To succeed in the role, you:

• have experience working with commodity trading and risk management platforms such as Endur, Allegro, Coral, or similar ETRM/CTRM systems along with technical development/programming using C# and/or Java, PL/SQL, Microservices
• have knowledge of Cloud CI/CD pipelines, Git version control (GitHub)
• have experience working in Energy trading, Energy operations, Risk management, green finance, settlement, treasury, or similar areas
• are curious, passionate about problem-solving, and appreciate working in an agile, transparent, and trust-based working culture
• are familiar with Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS
