What you’ll do
- Analyze historical occupancy patterns, booking-window trends, and customer behavior to build dynamic, data-driven pricing and trading strategies.
- Develop demand forecasts and production targets for newly acquired room allotments, ensuring each contract reaches its expected revenue contribution throughout the year.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (RevPAR, ADR, pickup, sell-through, margin) to maximize room yield and trading performance across the portfolio.
- Continuously improve our RMS platform by contributing insights, validating new features, and ensuring the system supports high-frequency pricing and inventory trading decisions .
- Have strong Excel skills and feel fully comfortable working with numbers, models, and datasets.
- Bring excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a genuine passion for pricing, forecasting, and market optimization .
- Speak and write English fluently, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, international, data-driven environment.

What we offer
- Target compensation package (OTE) up to €60.000 per year (base salary + performance bonus).
- Fixed gross annual salary (RAL) between €35 and €45k depending on experience.
