How will you make an impact?
- Support on the day-by-day relationship with retailers to adapt the marketing according to brand strategy and client ad hoc instruments
- Support in planning window campaigns (scheduling installations / deinstallations agreed upon with agents or customers, monitoring activities and photographic reports)
- Product Manager support in daily management activities (price lists/agents requests/ back-office/mailing)
- Interfacing with external suppliers involved in the activities (for creativity, windows personalizations), supervising the steps of all the process of production and supplying of trade materials
- Cooperate with corporate functions, mainly visual merchandising
- Shipping materials for animations trade marketing / hostess days
- Support in planning and execution of coop media campaigns (OOH, online and offline media)
- Support in press office activities (watches delivery for fashion shootings, press kits, PR material)
- Transmit social media/digital contents to the customers
- PowerPoint presentation for competitor analysis
- Support for organization of brand events and trainings
- Run and implement online visibility on retailers’ websites
How will you experience success with us?
- Degree in Marketing, Economics and Management, Luxury Management
- Previous experience, even brief, in similar positions in Marketing offices
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office package
- Fluent spoken and written Italian and English
- High organizational skills and flexibility
- Ability to work in a demanding environment
