A luxury beauty company in Milano is seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to support the marketing plan execution. You will plan activities with clients, negotiate with retailers, analyze sales performance, and collaborate with key accounts. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and has at least one year of experience in the luxury beauty market. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential for success in this role.

Competenze

  • 1 year minimum of Marketing or Sales experience, preferably in luxury beauty market.
  • Excellent level of English.

As part of LFB Italy Marketing Department, the Trade Marketing Specialist will support the Trade Marketing Coordinator in the Trade Marketing plan execution, in line with Brand target and Marketing Plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan activities with clients in line with Marketing Plan and Brands Targets
  • Implement activities, negotiating the action plan with each retailer, realizing specific activities and getting feedback of activities
  • Plan the use of material by activity and by retail in line with budget and Marketing guidelines
  • Check budget by client, in order to be in line with commercial targets
  • Analyze sell-out by client, to be in line with brands targets and priorities, and to propose actions
  • Coordinate promoters agency (brief, feedbacks, sell-out results)
  • Manage the local production of pos material (windows, outpost, showcards, mailings…) in line with budget and marketing guidelines
  • Collaborate closely to Key Accounts, Area Managers, Sales Force, assuring excellence in execution
  • Measure progress on sell-out by client
  • Measure Promoters sell-out
PROFILE
  • Master’s degree in Marketing/Business/Economics with Sales focus
  • 1 year minimum of Marketing or Sales experience, preferably in luxury beauty market
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent level of English
