Enotropea Tours in Florence seeks positive, sunny, dynamic drivers/tour leaders who speak excellent English and love Tuscan culture. You will manage entire tours, from greeting guests to wrap-up, for daily itineraries to iconic Tuscan destinations.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with client interaction, possess a valid tour leader license, and are enthusiastic about wine and local cuisine. Florence residence or willingness to relocate is advised.

Competenze

• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Tour leader license.
• Willingness to relocate to Florence.
• Experience with Tuscan food/wine is welcomed.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage full tours for visitors departing from Florence to popular Tuscan destinations (Cinque Terre, Chianti, Val d’Orcia, Brunello, Modena, Bolgheri).
• Ensure safety, satisfaction and smooth flow of group activities during tours.
• Provide engaging cultural and wine-related information to guests.

Enotropea Tours, a tour operator based in Florence, is looking for positive, sunny, dynamic drivers/tour leaders, who know English very well, are passionate about Tuscan food and wine and culture in general, know how to get along with clients/visitors/tourists and have the skills to manage an entire tour, like our daily tours to the Cinque Terre, Brunello, Val d’Orcia, Chianti, Modena, Bolgheri, all departing from Florence.

Available to work immediately throughout the 2027 season, essential requirements are an excellent knowledge of English and the Tour leader license.

Other languages are also welcome and a basic knowledge of the wine industry is also highly appreciated.

Residence in and around Florence or willingness to relocate is recommended.

Employment contract: contract with VAT number.
