GRONBACH Vertriebs GmbH in Bolzano, Italy, is seeking a tool designer to develop bending and punching tools and advance our toolmaking department. You will design dies, manage drawings and implement in-house sheet metal tooling technologies.

Proficiency in SolidWorks and a completed technical qualification are required. You will work with production and planning to continuously improve dies and processes, with scope for remote work.

Competenze

• Completed technical qualification in mechanical engineering, toolmaking or similar.
• Experience in punching, bending, progressive and transfer dies is advantageous.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and strong drawing handling skills.
• Independent, structured, solution-oriented work approach.
• High quality standards with focus on costs and deadlines.

Mansioni

• Develop and design new bending and punching tools.
• Refine and modify existing tools for performance and reliability.
• Support expansion of the toolmaking department in maintenance, repair and new construction.
• Develop and implement in-house technologies for sheet metal tooling.
• Design insert tools, progressive dies and transfer dies.
• Independently develop punching strips and part unfoldings.
• Update drawings management system for new productions and modifications.
• Collaborate with toolmaking, production and planning for continuous improvement.
