Grafton LifeScience cerca un tecnico esperto per supportare la gestione di Master Batch Records e BOM, con attenzione a documentazione e conformità normativa. Il ruolo prevede collaborazione con produzione, qualità e logistica, formazione del personale e gestione change control.

Si richiede laurea o esperienza equivalente, buone capacità di comunicazione e inglese preferibile. Contratto a tempo determinato, orario diariosettimanale con una giornata di smartworking, sede Ferentino (FR).

• Laurea pertinente o esperienza equivalente in ruoli simili.
• Competenze riconosciute nella gestione della documentazione di produzione.
• Buone doti di comunicazione e precisione.

Mansioni

• Garantire l'applicazione delle istruzioni in Master Batch Records.
• Redigere e gestire Master Batch Records nel sistema.
• Revisionare e approvare bozze iniziali.
• Finalizzare e gestire Master Batch Records.
• Approvare Master Batch Records attivando il personale.
• Formare personale sulle Master Batch Records.
• Gestire Change Control con altri reparti.
• Archiviate documentazione secondo retention.
• Aggiornare materiali di imballaggio secondario con Logistica e QA.
• Verificare conformità ai standard.
• Collaborare con Quality Specialists.
• Partecipare a riunioni tecniche con i clienti.
• Gestire richieste cliente con altre funzioni.
• Supportare la Quality in deviazioni, reclami, indagini e azioni correttive.

Master Batch Record & BOM Technician: The main function of a Master Batch Record & BOM Technician is to draft, review, and manage manufacturing documentation and production master data, including base bills of materials and items, within the company information system. This role ensures compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure feasibility and operational application of instructions in Master Batch Records in collaboration with Production and Quality Specialists.
• Draft initial Master Batch Records with Technology Transfer and Cleaning & Process Validation groups and manage them in the company system.
• Review and formally approve initial drafts of Master Batch Records.
• Finalize and manage Master Batch Records in the company information system.
• Approve Master Batch Records by activating relevant personnel in compliance with standards, regulations, and customer instructions.
• Train production personnel on Master Batch Records.
• Manage change control in collaboration with other departments.
• Archive documentation for the established retention period.
• Manage changes in secondary packaging materials with Logistics and QA Packaging Development.
• Verify and monitor procedure application to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with Quality Specialists in their activities.
• Participate in technical meetings with clients for new process/product introductions or reviews.
• Manage customer requests in collaboration with other functions.
• Support Quality in managing deviations, complaints, investigations, and corrective actions.

Do you have these skills and requirements?

• Relevant degree or proven experience in similar roles.
• Experience in drafting and managing manufacturing documentation in a pharmaceutical or similar environment.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage documentation workflows and change control processes.
• Proficiency in English is desirable

Contract Offer: Fixed-term agency contract from 07/09/2026 to 06/03/2027. CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico, level D1-C2

Working time weekly: daily, Monday-Friday (1 day smartworking)

Place of work: Ferentino (FR)
