A leading engineering firm in Monza is seeking a Test Engineer to develop and execute testing activities for innovative solutions. The ideal candidate should have a Technical degree in Automation, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and strong problem-solving skills. You will coordinate tests on automated systems, document results, and support FAT visits. Proficiency in English is essential, and the role involves travel of 30-45 days per year.

Competenze

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Marine, Engine Power, Power or Oil&Gas industries is an asset.
  • Good spoken and written English.

Every day.**Our driving force is to accelerate success for our customers, people and planet.* The Engineering Team is looking for a **Test Engineer** **in Monza site (Regular contract)***Management Level: engineer**Reporting to E&S Engineering Manager* **Who you are** We are looking for a person with:* Excellent problem-solving skills* Action and Quality Oriented* Communication capabilities* Drive Results* Structured and analytical approach to assignments* Comfortable with work in a cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary environment. **What about the job** In your role as Test Engineer inside the workshop, you will: * Develop and execute the Testing activities of most innovative solutions engineered and manufactured by E&S Monza, contributing to the success of the project* To do the above, you will lead the creation of the dedicated Testing instruction collaborating with Project Manager, Automation Engineer and all needed specialists that support each project* Coordinate and execute all the activities related to a fully automated skid, from IO test to complete Factory acceptance Test* After the successful conclusion of the testing phase, you will write the FAT report and document all needed feedbacks to Design team and After Sales process (photos, parameter info, drawing mark-ups, Lesson Learnt creation)* You will support Customer FAT visit, together with Project Manager and may support punch list closure. Key tasks:* Execute testing of typically Heavy, Very Heavy customized modules and strategic solutions: IO Test, Internal functional test, Factory Acceptance Test* Setting PID control parameters to achieve stable and fast response of the system to disturbances* Identify and possibly solve in autonomy issues related to skid malfunction: incorrect wiring, instruments, valves, pumps malfunctions.* Travel time: about 30 - 45 days/year **What you know** * *Technical / Engineering* degree in Automation or equivalent experience* At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role (Service engineer included)* Experience in the Marine, Engine Power, Power or Oil&Gas industries will be an assetGood spoken and written English
