A leading automotive systems company in Sant'Agata Bolognese is seeking a Test Engineer to develop and validate HVAC systems for modern vehicles. The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle climate control systems, strong proficiency with relevant tools, and excellent bilingual communication skills. Competenze

• Experience in the development and calibration of automotive HVAC systems.

Your Tasks:

• Develop and validate HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) for modern vehicles, focusing on:
• Air distribution and air quality in the vehicle interior (including CFD analysis and derivation of improvement measures)
• Application and optimization of refrigeration circuits
• Calibration and application of software for various climate modes (summer, winter, transitional)
• Execution and evaluation of homologation and functional tests for international markets
• Preparation of technical reports and documentation

Necessary Skills:

• Experience in the development and calibration of automotive HVAC systems
• Proficiency with tools such as INCA, CANape, Simulink, and experience with CAN/LIN networks
• Experience with testing in climate chambers and wind tunnels
• Familiarity with sensor integration (RFLS, CO₂, AQS, temperature sensors)
• Willingness to travel internationally and work at various test locations
• Structured and self‑reliant working style
• Excellent command of English and Italian, both written and spoken (niveau C1‑C2)
