Could you be the full-time onsite Test & Commissioning Technician in Bologna, Bari, Romae or Florence we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of railway signalling systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Subsystem T&C Engineers, Leaders, and maintenance teams), troubleshoot and resolve defects, and much more.

Responsibilities
  • Executing testing activities in support of one or several projects under the direction of your hierarchy.
  • Identifying and correcting defects during testing and commissioning phases.
  • Following testing procedures/documentation and Subsystem T&C Engineer or Leader instructions.
  • Replacing defective equipment and coordinating its repair as per established procedures.
  • Reporting non-conformities observed during the commissioning phase and providing return experience (REX) to the project team.
  • Delivering committed performance in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines.
  • Complying with Alstom policies, local standards, and regulations, including EHS and Railway Safety requirements.

  • Resilience and problem-solving mindset to ensure continuous improvement.

This role requires 90% of worktime on field.
