**Tennis Attendant** **About The Role:** \*\*This role will not be onboarded until September 17th, 2025\*\* The Tennis Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to Four Seasons residents and guests, ensuring a high-quality, engaging, and personalized experience. This role includes aiding the tennis team with support on the tennis courts and in the public areas during daily operations, private and group lessons and special events, while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.Assist in delivering a high-quality guest experience for private and group tennis instruction that exceeds guest expectations.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management. Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Customer service experience with attention to detail. Previous experience preferred in a tennis facility or knowledge of the sport is a plus.Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic. Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request. Position requires continuous standing, walking, and running for 8 or more hours a day with the ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs, and to be outside for extended periods of time.Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States. **What We Offer:** Four Seasons believes in offering the best to the best when it comes to employee benefits!
