A leading medical equipment manufacturer is looking for a Tender Specialist (Maternity Leave Cover) in Milan. You will be responsible for managing tenders, ensuring compliance and preparation of documentation. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience and proficiency in Excel. This is a full-time, entry-level position with a salary range from €27,800 to €47,300 annually.

As Tender Specialist, the flawless candidate will report to the Tenders and Pricing Manager, handling the end‑to‑end tender procedure for below‑threshold and above‑threshold processes. The role includes reporting tenders, managing critical issues, coordinating business units, preparing tender documentation, and managing post‑tender activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Autonomous management of the tenders assigned, ensuring correctness of all phases of the tender procedure; specifically through:
• Checking with the Business Units of the tenders of interest
• Accurate analysis of the specifications
• Monitoring compliance with deadlines and the activities required of all the players involved, ensuring the execution of the tender in total safety
• Management of administrative, technical and economic documentation
• Updating company archives with a specific focus on awarding contracts
• Updating of contracts and preparation of documentation in the post‑tender phase (additions, extensions, improvements, etc.)

About You

• At least 2 years previous tender experience
• Excel proficient
• Knowledge of regional tender databases.
• Knowledge of the European Procurement Contract
