A leading medical technology company is seeking a Tender Specialist to support and coordinate tender processes. You will be responsible for reviewing tender publications, preparing documentation, ensuring compliance, and being the point of contact for inquiries. A proven understanding of tender management applications and supplier management experience is essential. Fluency in English is a plus. This position is based in Italy, preferably in Rome or Central Italy.

• Proven knowledge of tender management applications, spreadsheets and databases.
• Supplier and contract management experience required.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
• Prior exposure to medical device tender management considered an advantage.

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Specialist to join our team in Italy, preferably based in Rome or Central Italy.

Role Description

Tender Specialist support and coordinate public and private tender processes, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of high-quality offers. Below are the core responsibilities that come with this position :

• Daily review of tender publications to identify new business opportunities and gather relevant market information.
• Preparing and coordinating tender documentation, including both commercial and technical proposals, in compliance with client requirements.
• Ensuring alignment of offers with provided specifications, monitoring tender progress and deadlines, and performing final quality checks before submission.
• Acting as the main point of contact for sales-related tender inquiries and coordinating the flow of information between department
