A leading data solutions firm in Milan is seeking a Tender & Contract Administration Specialist to join their team. This hybrid role involves managing tender processes, ensuring compliance and document accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills and be able to manage multiple deadlines. The position offers a salary range of €35K-€43K.

The opportunity :

We are looking to recruit a talented Tender & Contract Administration Specialist (Hybrid / Remote) to join our Business area dedicated to tenders, grants and business projects.

This role combines hands‑on document and process management with responsibility for ensuring the accuracy, compliance and timely completion of each tender process. It is an administrative and document‑focused role, but also one with process ownership and control.

RAL : 35€-43€ K

Responsibilities :

  • Analysis of administrative and tender requirements
  • Preparation and coordination of documentation requested by internal and external stakeholders
  • Finalisation and review of tender and contract documentation in line with procedural and regulatory standards
  • Support in analysing contract awards together with the area coordinator
  • Other activities related to tender and contract administration
