EFI Reggiani Macchine Spa in Comun Nuovo (Bergamo) is seeking an Accountant to support the Finance department on a temporary maternity-leave basis. The role covers invoicing, AP master data, month-end closing, VAT filings, Intrastat and Esterometro reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Competenze

• High school diploma in accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Organized, accurate, and results-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP FICO is highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Book Italian and cross-border vendor invoices in compliance with VAT rules.
• Manage AP master data and GL postings.
• Assist in month-end closing activities (AP side).
• Prepare VAT returns and LIPE reporting.
• Handle Intrastat declarations and Esterometro reporting.
• Support fixed assets accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from management.
