Un'azienda leader nel settore ferroviario cerca un Supervisore Tecnico della Manutenzione a Torino. La figura sarà responsabile della supervisione delle operazioni di manutenzione, gestione del team e interazione con il cliente. Si richiede diploma tecnico in ingegneria e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e del italiano. L'orientamento al cliente e la capacità di lavorare in team sono fondamentali per il successo.

Competenze

  • Esperienza preferibile in manutenzione e/o commissioning di veicoli ferroviari.
  • Capacità di preparare report e corrispondenza.
  • Disponibilità a viaggi brevi o lunghi.

Mansioni

  • Collaborare con il Site Manager per le attività di manutenzione.
  • Gestire il team di manutenzione multidisciplinare.
  • Supervisionare la documentazione degli eventi significativi.
  • Pianificare strategie di commissioning e manutenzione.

Conoscenze

Esperienza in manutenzione e/o commissioning di veicoli ferroviari
Buone capacità comunicative
Orientamento al cliente
Capacità di lavoro in team
Conoscenza di Office Professional e Outlook
Disponibilità a viaggiare

Formazione

Diploma di scuola superiore tecnica in ingegneria meccanica o elettronica

Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with the Site Manager for OS&M Operations activities on site (plan and execution).
  • Focuses on objectives, targets and measurements for commissioning, maintenance and support service to achieve agreed goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Manages the multi-disciplined Maintenance team to ensure that Client requirement and policies are met.
  • Supervises documentation of all significant events for trains under Maintenance
  • Ensures the analysis and resolution of technical problems, also intervening personally, and managing/coordinating internal and external resources dedicated to the activities.
  • Plans, directs and control Commissioning and Maintenance strategies and relative budget.
  • Manages day to day aspects of maintenance services in cost-effective way.
  • Leads local maintenance’s team and is co-responsible for its performance.
  • Manages the implementation of retrofits/modifications on vehicles that become necessary during the commissioning and warranty period.
  • Timely communicates relevant information to internal department and participate in the Operations management team, as required, collaborating with departments such as quality, materials management, fields engineering etc.
  • Identifies opportunities to reduce expenses and take action to implement cost saving projects and procedures.
  • Able to speak effectively before groups of customers, employees or contractors.
  • Prepares internal periodical reports on commissioning and maintenance activities.
  • Ensures the necessary stocks of spare parts at the warehouses.
  • Ensure all activities on site are compliant with regulatory & company HSE standard.

Required Skills/Knowledge

  • Preferably, although not mandatory, a Maintenance and/or Commissioning experience on railway vehicles.
  • Be curious about the technical aspects.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Highly customer-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to work in a team.
  • Ability in preparing work scheduled, reports and correspondence.
  • Knowledge of Office Professional and Outlook.
  • Availability to travel/transfer for short and/or long periods to other cities for railway maintenance

Education/Qualifications
Technical High School in Mechanical or Electronic engineering

Languages

English Proficiency.

Proficiency in Italian is mandatory.
