Un'azienda di distribuzione in Emilia-Romagna cerca un Tecnico di Cantiere per gestire e supervisionare attività nei cantieri. Si richiede un diploma in geometri o affini e 2-4 anni di esperienza. Il candidato ideale deve avere competenze in AutoCAD e capacità organizzative eccellenti. È previsto un contratto a tempo pieno e una disponibilità a viaggiare per ispezioni sul campo.

Competenze

• 2-4 anni di esperienza nella gestione di cantieri, preferibilmente nel settore retail.
• Conoscenza delle normative edilizie e di urbanistica.
• Capacità di leggere e interpretare disegni tecnici e progetti architettonici.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Tecnico con Competenze di Cantiere Edile to join our technical team to support the expansion and management of store opening, renovation, and maintenance for our retail distribution business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising technical and operational activities at construction sites for opening, renovating, and maintaining our stores, ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, and current regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technical and operational activities at construction sites for opening, renovation, and maintenance of stores.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma of higher education in Geometri, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience managing construction sites, preferably in retail or large distribution sector.
• Knowledge of building, urban planning, and work safety regulations (e.g., D.Lgs. 81/2008).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and architectural projects.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or project management tools.

Essential Requirements

• Proficiency with Office suite.
• Full driving license B and vehicle availability.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel nationwide for site inspections and site management.
