Role Summary

As a Facility Engineer within the Facilities and Utilities management team, you will support waste disposal activities and maintain building systems. You will ensure equipment inventory, coordinate with service providers, manage preventive and corrective maintenance, and contribute to energy and environmental performance of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Participate in waste disposal managing activities.
• Collaborate for managing maintenance activities (preventive and corrective).
• Ensure equipment is inventoried and that maintenance and repair operations necessary for the life of the building are carried out.
• Act as contact person for service providers in charge of certain maintenance operations.
• Monitor company projects regarding energy efficiency and reduction of greenhouse gases, covering national level for Rome site.

Qualifications

• Environmental Engineering degree.
• Technical profile with knowledge and competencies to manage energy use efficiently, improving energy efficiency and reducing primary energy consumption and climate‑altering gas emissions.
• Skills to satisfy energy containment needs of the building envelope and process needs in industrial/production sectors.
• Expertise in energy issues, market scenarios, efficient technologies, economic evaluation of interventions (ROI, NPV, etc.).
• Experience in technical‑economic evaluation of investments.

Languages

• Mother tongue: Italian.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
