Hitachi Energy is seeking a Technology Quality Management Methods Leader to drive the Integrated Management System across its High Voltage Technology organization. You will partner with Technology Center R&D Quality Managers, R&D, and Global Product Support to ensure consistent application of quality processes, policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• Engineering degree with experience in Integrated Management Systems or quality governance.
• Knowledge of ISO certification, auditing practices, and changes to quality systems.
• Experience conducting internal and external audits; Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification is valuable.
• Experience in process performance management, analytics, continuous improvement, and standardization of cross-functional processes.
• Knowledge of R&D and product development quality processes (Gate Models, APQP, New Product Introduction, or Global Product Support).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in an international environment; Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and project management knowledge are valuable.

• Lead the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Technology Integrated Management System in alignment with business requirements, standards, and regulations
• Standardize IMS processes, policies, and procedures across R&D, Global Product Support, and Technology Centers, ensuring consistent adoption and effective governance

Technology Quality Management Methods (TQMM) Leader

We are looking for a Technology Quality Management Methods (TQMM) Leader to drive the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System across our High Voltage Technology organization.

In this role, you will work closely with Technology Center R&D Quality Managers, R&D, and Global Product Support teams to ensure consistent application of quality processes, policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. You will support internal and external audits, strengthen process governance, and use performance insights to identify opportunities for improvement.

How You'll Make an Impact

Your Background

• Engineering degree combined with strong experience in Integrated Management Systems, Quality Management Systems, or quality governance within a complex industrial or technology organization
• Solid knowledge of ISO certification, auditing practices, applicable regulations and standards, and the management of changes to quality systems and requirements
• Experience conducting or supporting internal and external audits and managing non-conformities and corrective action plans; Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification is highly valuable
• Experience in process performance management, analytics, continuous improvement, and the standardization of cross-functional business processes
• Knowledge of R&D and product development quality processes, including Gate Models, APQP, New Product Introduction, or Global Product Support environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment; Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and project management knowledge are valuable

The minimum salary for this position in the location specified:

• Starting from:52,700 Gross annual salary

The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
