Technologist Expert job is specific of aseptic technology. The resource is mainly involved on field during sensitive products project and services execution, to secure all the steps of microbiological validation protocol are successfully passed and consequently to release the equipment for commercial production. This position is a great opportunity to become a specialist of aseptic packaging technology and to explore the sensitive products world.

Your Mission

• The Technologist Expert is primarily responsible for leading and executing onsite microbiological validation tests for sensitive product projects (aseptic, ultraclean, hotfill), with the objective of releasing equipment for commercial production;
• In accordance with the contractual validation protocol, the Technologist Expert oversees equipment preparation and collaborates with the customer’s laboratory staff to adhere to the project schedule, ensuring all necessary support and facilities are available to perform the tests;
• Additionally, the Technologist Expert may participate in service teams for the full range of equipment (standard and sensitive products). For specific service interventions—such as DV, Quality Audits, and Maintenance—onsite support is required to assess the hygienic status of equipment or to conduct validation tests following maintenance activities;
• The Technologist Expert must also be capable of performing troubleshooting interventions across all machine types in response to sterility issues, with the aim of identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
