Rotork is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to educate, train and share knowledge on Rotork products and applications. You will support HSE-related training and maintain training materials while delivering targeted programmes for new, existing and legacy products.

The role involves collaboration with sales, service and engineering teams, and occasional travel with overnight stays. The ideal candidate will have fluent English and Italian, strong communication and presentation skills, and a

Competenze

Technical Actuator product knowledge allied with a good understanding and appreciation of fluid power actuators and their application.
Valve types, their performance and sizing characteristics.
User control systems, common process operations.
Fluid mechanics and operational restrictions and requirements.
Instrument products and applications, especially in combination with fluid power products.
Full Driving licence / International Passport.
An understanding of site safety procedures.
Fluent English and Italian.

Mansioni

Deliver product training across regions using various communication methods.
Maintain training materials (presentations, handouts, agendas, plans).
Design and deliver targeted training programmes for all Rotork products (new, existing, legacy).
Record training carried out and maintain training records.
Interact with Rotork personnel across sales, service, engineering and customers; travel occasionally with overnight stays.
