A leading company in HVAC solutions seeks a Pre-Sales Engineer to drive technical support and applications during the sales process. The role involves producing technical proposals, presenting solutions, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and consultants. This position is integral to ensuring customer satisfaction through detailed technical sales strategies.
The Pre-Sales Engineer will drive the technical support and applications of VRF systems and other light commercial AC during the sales process.
You will be responsible for producing all technical aspects of tender responses and written customer proposals.
Occasionally, you will demonstrate or present HVAC solutions to customers.
You will work closely with the entire technical team to ensure a comprehensive plan is in place to achieve technical and sales objectives.
A key part of your role is to ensure customer or consultant satisfaction by reviewing and interpreting their requirements and delivering complex technical sales proposals.
