A leading photovoltaic solutions provider in Brescia is seeking a skilled professional to provide technical support throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry, along with strong training delivery skills. Responsibilities include pre-sales technical support, installation guidance, and post-sales training. This position offers an opportunity to work with key photovoltaic products in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

  • At least 2 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry, preferably with practical experience in household photovoltaic storage systems.

Mansioni

  • Understand operational principles, installation processes, and key products.
  • Provide comprehensive pre-sales technical support and clarify technical issues.
  • Enhance training materials and provide client training online and offline.
  • Address technical quality issues and resolve queries post-sale.

Responsibilities :

Understanding of the operational principles, functions, installation processes, and knowledge of key products like photovoltaic storage systems, inverters, batteries, and brackets.

Pre-Sales Technical Support :
  • Understanding customer requirements and providing comprehensive pre-sales technical support.
  • Collaborating with the sales team during client negotiations to address technical queries.
  • Clarifying customers' technical issues in the project's early stages, including on-site technical surveys when necessary.
  • Developing and refining pre-sales training materials, and delivering both online and offline technical training to clients.
During-Sales Technical Support :
  • Enhancing training materials related to installation processes and providing relevant training to clients, both online and offline.
  • Offering on-site guidance during installation as needed.
Post-Sales Technical Support :
  • Promptly addressing technical quality issues raised in customer complaints.
  • Resolving queries about product usage, maintenance, and replacement, including on-site support when necessary.
  • Improving post-sales operation and maintenance training materials, and providing related training to customers, both online and offline.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry, preferably with practical experience in household photovoltaic storage systems.
  • Bachelor's degree
