AGCO is seeking a Technical Specialist based in Italy to support dealers and field teams with technical advice and training. You will organize and deliver training across AGCO brands, ensuring high-quality support aligned with business priorities and customer objectives.

You will train across AGCO systems, support launches, and provide on-site assistance; requirement includes strong English communication and experience in training or learning & development.

Competenze

• Experience in aftersales, technical training, or learning & development.
• Strong understanding of service environments and/or dealer networks.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements.
• Experience working in a global or matrix organization.
• Strong influencing and communication skills; good written and spoken English.

Mansioni

The Technical Specialist, based in Italy, is supporting the dealers and team in the field in technical advice and support /assistance. Is organizing and supporting the training season for all the brands andproduct.This role ensures consistent, high-quality training and support aligned with business priorities and customer supportobjectives.

Your Impact:

• Provide technical support and expert guidance on AGCO tractor technologies (Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Valtra, and PTx).
• Assist dealers and sales partners in resolving complex technical issues and support field teams with case management and EWFR reporting.
• Deliver technical training, support training programs, and act as an additional trainer for courses, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Commission AGCO tractor technology in the field and support new product launches and market introductions.
• Support AGCO system technologies and tools (AGCO Net, Fleetscan, Tech Connect, CPQ, diagnostics), including on-site assistance and seasonal on-call support.

YourExperience and Qualifications:

• Experience in aftersales, technical training, or learning & development
• Strong understanding of service environments and/or dealer networks
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements.
• Experience working in a global or matrix organization
• Strong influencing and communication skills.Good written and spoken English knowledge

Applicable salary range: € 25,000 – €40,000 gross annual salary

The compensation range specified in this job postingrepresentsan indicative range for the role. Finalremunerationwill be defined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity regulations.

You will work in4days Onsite from ourBreganzesiteand1day Work from home.
