A leading distributor of specialty chemicals is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to support international sales operations. This role focuses on export markets within EIMEA and requires experience in B2B sales. Candidates with a Bachelor’s in Engineering and fluent English are preferred. The job involves developing sales plans, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships. Hybrid work is offered, with a preference for candidates based in Lombardy or Emilia-Romagna.

Competenze

  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B technical or industrial sales.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Valid European residence permit and driving license are mandatory.

Position : Technical Sales Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to join our team and support our international sales operations.

This position focuses on export markets within EIMEA (excluding Italy).

📍 Location

Lodi (Lombardy, Italy) – Hybrid work. Candidates based in Lombardy or Emilia-Romagna are preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute local sales plans to maintain and grow existing business.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and devise effective strategies to acquire new customers in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Manage day-to-day sales activities, including quotes, bids, and post-sale management.
  • Provide technical information and support to customers to meet their needs.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers to understand their objectives and ensure successful execution of major opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B technical or industrial sales
  • Fluent English is mandatory (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of enthusiasm and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across the EIMEA region
  • Valid European residence permit and driving license are mandatory for this role.
