Technical Sales Distribution (Part-time 35hrs weekly) - Italy & Balkans

We’re looking for a Part‑time Technical Sales Distribution professional to support our clients in the Italy & Balkans region.

Mission

As a Technical Sales Distribution, you will be the expert who ensures our solutions meet customer needs. You will train distributors, installers, and EPCs, and work closely with local sales and EU technical teams.

Responsibilities
  • Train distributors, installers, EPCs monthly on product solutions, installation, commissioning, and FAQs.
  • Escalate sales blocks on products to the local sales team and EU technical team in a timely manner and communicate solutions to customers.
  • Visit key distributors, installers, and EPCs monthly to gather sales blocks and new requests for the portfolio, including purchase volume forecasts.
  • Analyse and report on local market size changes for each portfolio sector and competitor offerings monthly.
  • Study local grid standards, renewable energy laws, white‑labelling opportunities, and 3rd‑party EMS or battery compatibility prospects.
  • Check the sales forecast with the local sales team monthly, ensuring portfolio accuracy and reasonable product forecasts.
Qualifications
  • Completed studies in electrical engineering, electrical & electronic engineering, or a similar background.
  • Higher education qualification or business‑related studies with technical components.
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in the renewable energy industry.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication and commercial skills.
  • Passion, desire, and motivation to succeed.
  • Language: Italian and English – at least C1 level.
  • Quick learner eager to increase knowledge in the clean‑tech industry.
  • Attention to detail and ability to connect details to the big picture.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills; CRM knowledge is a plus.
