Join Zerynth and grow in a dynamic company that is transforming the Industrial IoT & AI industry! We are looking for a Technical Project Manager - Mid Level, a proactive and skilled professional who will play a key role in the implementation of Industrial AI solutions for our customers.

Your mission

You will be responsible for ensuring that every project delivered by Zerynth creates measurable improvement in customer operations — what we call Product Impact.

You’ll guide customers through their digital transformation journey, working closely with our Product, R&D & AI teams to turn data, processes, and insights into continuous operational excellence.

What you will do:
  • Interact with customers, guiding pre-sales requirements evaluation, solution delivery and post-delivery analysis, improvement and growth.
  • Analyze customer workflows to identify areas of efficiency improvement and automation.
  • Translate customer needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
  • Coordinate and supervise Industrial AI solution deployments, ensuring high adoption and real business impact.
  • Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and product specialists to tailor and validate the best solution for each project.
  • Monitor project outcomes and Product Impact metrics, supporting continuous improvement and growth.
  • Contribute feedback and insights to the Product, R&D & AI teams to fuel innovation and roadmap decisions.
What skills we need:
  • Degree in Management/Industrial Engineering, ideally with a specialization in Lean Manufacturing or Manufacturing Process Management with 1–3 years of practical experience in a manufacturing environment (internships, thesis projects, or professional experience)
  • Alternatively, a degree in other engineering disciplines is acceptable if coupled with proven professional experience in Lean Production or Manufacturing Process Management
  • Strong interest in Lean production, Continuous improvement, and Quality practices in the manufacturing sector.
  • Curiosity for technology and AI, with a desire to understand how AI, IoT and analytics can transform shopfloor operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of translating technical data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborative and communicative approach, able to work across different teams (engineering, product, sales, and customer).
  • Proactive and accountable attitude, with the ability to make decisions and drive results independently.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites (mostly in Italy and Europe).
Bonus skills (a plus, but not mandatory):
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, or similar).
  • Experience with manufacturing digitalization projects (MES, SCADA, ERP integration).
  • Basic understanding of Python or other languages for data analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with energy management or industrial sustainability topics.

Contractual offer:
  • Full-time employment
  • RAL range: €32,000–€37,000, commensurate with experience
  • Presence at Zerynth's R&D offices in Pisa is required.
